My heart feels like it's going to boom. The thump thump is thump thumping =D. Baby is up, husband is up. I'm making meat pies. Not Mrs Lovitt's meat pies. Dandie Lyon's meat pie emporium! =D. Who wants one? I had something REALLY worth reading to say, I think, but I sincerely forgot what it was. Probably that I'm not tired and I can see sounds. Yeah. That was most definitely probably it. I swear I've only had coffee. I look wonderful with no sleep. I'm rocking it. B-e-a-utiful <3. Husband says I need to lay off the coffee. Labyrinth.

When I was little my mom used to force her movie and music tastes on me to try and teach me good taste at a young age. Generally her tastes were completely different from mine. Even when I was little I knew that I wanted to be my own person and not her. I pretty much went out of my way to be different than her. She liked girl clothes? Well ha! I dressed like a boy! This trend continued with neither of us backing down, we're both really stubborn. She was determined to teach me good taste and I was determined to be different. Normal was much to over rated. This kept going until one day when she wanted to have a movie day with me to bond and she put on Labyrinth. For those who don't know Labyrinth is a Jim Henson movie featuring Jenifer Connelly and David Bowie. It's a musical with creepy little puppets and David Bowie wearing pants that are way to tight. Epic Quest.

All last week was spent with me on an epic quest assigned by my grandmother, a hard quest full of dangers untold and hardships unnumbered, yes that's right I'm referring to cat sitting. Not just any cat, a spawn of everything evil in the world in a tiny cute little fuzzy cat body. This thing is vicious, blood thirsty, and clever. She knows how to play to people's weaknesses, she sucks you in and then  boom!  you're scratched into oblivion. Okay so I sound crazy, even as I write this I know how crazy I sound but that cat is pure evil. Before grandma left I was, naturally, apprehensive to be alone with the cat from hell. I have seen plenty of this cat's crazy behavior, enough to last ten lifetimes. So grandma told me that her cat liked me and the cat seemed to have warmed up...in the eyes of my grandma anyway.
